Welcome to the 2025 season
Sunrise Lodge has been an Ontario cottage getaway since the late 1940s. Though there have been many changes over the years, it still offers the same charming rustic beauty and the cottage quiet that it always has.
Sunrise Lodge offers simple cottaging at its best.
Located on a large private point, 7 charming, rustic lakefront cottages are surrounded by beautiful Baptiste Lake and the breathtaking wilderness of Hastings Highlands. Everything is here for an easy, relaxing cottage break: great swimming, boating, fishing, BBQs and bonfires under the stars.
Adventure enthusiasts can explore endless nature activities from here to Algonquin Park.
Sunrise Lodge is located on beautiful, big Baptiste Lake, part of a three lake chain which includes Elephant and Benoir Lakes that can take you on into Algonquin Park.
Check-in for weekly stays, is after 3pm on Saturday. Check-out is the following Saturday before 10am.

Sunrise Lodge is a private cottage resort. Your hosts, Greg, Hilary, Kyle and Hannah are always available to answer questions or help you have a great cottage experience. We endeavor to be as eco friendly as possible, and continually strive to lighten our footprint to preserve the beauty of our natural surroundings.
